Sarah reached out to Liz to take on this website project with the goal of reexamining her approach to her brand and her brand messaging. When Sarah started her business, her approach was more fitness-based. And, of course, like it goes with all new businesses, her perspective changed! Sarah now focuses on helping women face deeper issues around emotional eating and the diet-binge cycle.
Sarah uses her blog and website as a platform on which to cast her unique (and AMAZINGLY funny) perspectives on an issue that distances itself so much from humor and good-feeling. But don’t let the laughing fool you – Sarah is, no-joke, one of the most qualified and brilliant individuals in her field.
Together, they created an online brand, image, and presence that was true to where Sarah was coming from. Liz also helped Sarah get a new domain name (formally SarahVanceFit.com) – she helped her snag SarahVance.com. And something as simple as dropping the fit makes all the difference.
