Jennifer Sutton is a 3x founder and 4x mom. Jennifer is an accomplished marketing and advertising expert who has dedicated her career to helping businesses grow and thrive. After two decades of working in large advertising agencies, she decided to take the leap and establish her own marketing and advertising agency in 2013, Bright Marketing, growing it into a multi-million dollar venture, a testament to her business acumen.
As a founder, she was constantly looking for new ways to scale and help other entrepreneurs succeed and recognized there was a gap in entrepreneurial ecosystems. To solve that problem, she founded OrangeWIP, a media company that aims to be the connective tissue in local markets and alleviate the frustrations that founders often experience with their local entrepreneurial ecosystems. By providing a comprehensive hyper-local media platform, OrangeWIP serves as a one-stop-shop for founders in affiliate cities, offering them the resources and support they need to grow their businesses. With OrangeWIP, she also hosts the weekly podcast for founders, Hello Chaos.
Jennifer is not just a marketing and media expert, but also a complete nerd when it comes to research and insights. Working alongside her media team, Bright has developed innovative media tech to buy media smarter by predicting results. She also designs research studies that uncover valuable insights, helping to build healthier and more sustainable brands. As a trained facilitator, she also designs purpose-built workshops for leadership teams to help them develop sustainable brand strategies and overcome obstacles that may be holding their businesses back.
