About Marisa

I am a native New Englander born and raised on Cape Cod. My journey into wellness is deeply personal. After losing my mother to cancer at 17 and my father to ALS at 27, and facing my own health challenges including high cholesterol, I became passionate about creating a healthy future for my children. This passion led me to shift careers from corporate marketing to health coaching.

I am a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a diploma in Comprehensive Nutrition, a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and an MBA. With over 12 years of experience in weight loss, nutrition, and non-toxic living, I have worked in diverse health roles, from weight loss coaching at Ideal Protein to managing programs at fitness and chiropractic centers. I am also an Independent Consultant for Pure Haven, a trusted provider of toxin-free personal and home care products.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and our two grown sons. We’re beach lovers at heart, often enjoying the beautiful shores of Massachusetts’ South Shore and visiting family in Hawaii– soaking up both the sunshine and the connection. I’m always up for an adventure- whether its traveling, skiing, or getting competitive on the pickleball court. One of my favorite daily rituals is walking with our golden retriever, Skye, who keeps me grounded and smiling.
